Preferred Timeframe
Let us know the approximate timeframe in which
you would like the mediation to take place.
Before sending documents
Please do not submit medical records, privileged materials,
confidential case documents, or other sensitive information
with your initial inquiry unless specifically requested.
Submission of an inquiry does not confirm acceptance of the
mediation or create an engagement. A mediation is confirmed
only after the appropriate conflict and administrative
requirements have been completed.
